We have started with deprecation of Consult for Incidents in favor of the Alerting (On-Call) feature in Consult. All backend functionality will remain available until 2026. The web panel is disabled.

In our ongoing effort to improve our platform, we are deprecating Consult for Incidents. A similar capability will be available in the new Consult application, which is currently in closed preview. During this transition, existing functionality will remain accessible for a limited period while we guide users toward the updated experience.
